Sunbear SB-StapleV Set – Nickel Soapbar

The Staple Alnico V pickup with all its sweet clarity and punch, now in a form factor that fits standard soapbar routes. By removing the largely superfluous magnet height mechanism, Sunbear was able to use custom-spec magnets suited to typical soapbar cavity depths.

Alnico V is used in both positions, with a 7.2k resistance neck pickup and an 11.5k bridge. The neck delivers classic staple character, while the bridge is stunningly dynamic and rich in midrange—responding incredibly to player attack and control settings.

Both pickups are plain enamel wound with custom coil geometry specific to each position.
