Sunbear SB-StapleV Humbucker Sized Set

The classic Staple Alnico V pickup, reimagined to fit standard humbucker routes while retaining its signature clarity and punch. By removing the largely superfluous magnet height mechanism, Sunbear was able to use custom-spec magnets without compromising on size or tone.

Alnico V is used in both positions, with a 7.2k resistance neck pickup and an 11.5k bridge. The neck delivers traditional staple-style sweetness and articulation, while the bridge offers a midrange-rich, highly dynamic voice that responds beautifully to player attack and control settings.

Both pickups are plain enamel wound with custom coil geometry tailored for each position.
