Marc is known as an unabashed Pre-CBS Fender fan. Since delving into pickup craftsmanship in 2011, Marc's mission has been clear: to create the most accurate replicas possible, drawing inspiration from his personal vintage collection and the revered specimens he has had the privilege to play and scrutinize.

A dedicated collector and self-professed hoarder, Marc has amassed a trove of vintage magnet wire spanning the 1940s through the 1960s.

Each pickup is meticulously hand-wound or scatter-wound to match vintage specifications.

Presently, these pickups are wound using Heavy Formvar sourced from November 1958 REA Magnet Wire, ensuring an authentic sonic character.

Our proprietary 0.188" Alnico 5 magnets are meticulously beveled in-house to achieve that cloned/vintage-correct charm.

Bobbins are meticulously punched, eschewing laser cutting, and feature rounded edges, just like the originals. They're then delicately dipped in nitrocellulose lacquer, a nod to vintage production techniques.

Available exclusively in sets, the neck pickup registers at 5.8K (2.34H), the middle at 6K (2.35H), and the bridge at 6.2K (2.54H) ohms.

To minimize microphonic feedback, each pickup is carefully wax potted using a blend of black bee and paraffin wax.
